Important results from the project
In order to create increased conditions for the development of services within guidance, validation and matching, the government commissioned eight authorities to develop a coherent data infrastructure for competence provision and lifelong learning. The secretariat coordinate, support and communicate the progress of the various parts of the government mission.The secretariat must also ensure that a final report is submitted to the government. The secretariat shall also promote and provide support in cross-functional collaborations and innovative working methods.
Expected long term effects

All authorities have started work on sharing data, APIs, code and open specifications via Sveriges Dataportal. An external consultant has written two learning reports and the secretariat has written a final report. A roadmap covering the various parts of the mission has been drawn up.
Approach and implementation
Insights from the first learning study were used to, for example, develop a closer work with the project participants in the assignment, Here it was invited to several workshops, both physical and digital. Work was also done on communication to increase understanding and dissemination of the mission and about each other´s sub-missions. An example is the outside world hours that took place every two weeks, meetings within the secretariat to create conditions for all parts of the mission. Visual images and moving media to make it easier to understand the importance of the of the mission.
