Important results from the project
Scale Global was an accelerator program, targeting promising Swedish scaleup companies with international potential, that aimed to support these companies in the work of optimizing their business model and building scalable organizations. The companies have taken great strides towards ensuring scalability and establishing a scalable organization, and participating companies were very satisfied.

The companies have taken great strides towards ensuring scalability and establishing scalable organizations. Although these goals can never be said to be fully met (e.g. because some companies begin questioning their business model), they are to be considered fulfilled as far as possible.
Approach and implementation
The program was carried out according to plan, ie the companies worked with their coaches and each other, carried out several workshops in Sweden and California and in most cases took real steps forward with their businesses. On a six-point scale where 5 is "Very satisfied" and 6 is "Fantastically Satisfied!", the program as a whole received a score of 5.53 .
