Important results from the project
During the project, we have developed a scalable omnichannel solution for B2C eCommerce with a focus on small and medium-sized companies. The solution enables companies to achieve more relevant and better communication with their customers across several channels, use their customer data more efficiently and thus increase their sales, competitiveness and growth.
Expected long term effects
The technical solution makes it possible for small to medium sized eCommerce businesses to, without having to implement time-consuming integrations, effectively use all their relevant customer data across multiple marketing channels to achieve higher growth. We have already been able to observe a high ROI for multiple eCommerce businesses who tested the solution.
Approach and implementation
Interviews and workshops were held with eCommerce businesses and potential partners. Mockups were developed, technology and system architecture were developed and the first version of the omnichannel solution was completed. The solution has been tested together with customers during the project and collaboration has been close with both eCommerce businesses and partners.
