Important results from the project
1. We found a scalable business model and adapted our organization to it. 2. We repaired & alternated garments for several public activities and entered into agreements with a municipality. 3. Receive orders from Denmark weekly.
Expected long term effects
1. Failed to establish the brand in Denmark to the extent planned. 2. Started sales to the public sector and adapted the business for large fluctuations in order intake from month to month. 3. Made over 20000+ pcs. garments that have reduced eligibility requirements for both freshwater & carbon dioxide emissions during production.
Approach and implementation
Instead of consultants, we have developed business and developed solutions with the parties we negotiated with, for example employees at H&M Danmark, Houdini Sportswear in Denmark and the public sector in various municipalities in Sweden. This has reduced the requirement The work of purchasing machines & building a scalable organization was done by our CEO.
