Important results from the project
The project aimed to strengthen the ability of public sector actors to jointly drive societal development. Four objectives were formulated: "New development networks", "New methods for investigation, development and dissemination", "New knowledge about coworking" and "Increased understanding of opportunities and obstacles for sustainability in co-working". Achieved results in each of the target areas will be taken further, e.g. within SKR´s new focus on societal innovation and in action research projects between public actors on leadership in complexity.
Expected long term effects
The project has achieved important objectives for collaborative development and co-working. New networks have been established for sustainable well-being. The facilitation pool has been developed and contributed to learning about new methods in design, project management and international collaboration. The knowledge of added value, cost savings, prerequisites and sustainability for coworking has been developed through SKR testing and sharing knowledge with several municipalities and regions with Samverket´s and with SKR´s management level.
Approach and implementation
The project manager has focused on strengthening collaborative relationships and knowledge development about co-working between SKR, its members and other public actors. It has both revolved around different areas of expertise and about methods for societal transformation. Development of new viable collaborative relationships has been focused. Knowledge exchange has been facilitated between regions, municipalities and various public actors. SKR has contributed to the project´s discussions about sustainability and future participation in public sector co-working.
