Important results from the project
Saber can reduce your energy costs by 15-20%. By an energy algorithm developed at Luleå university of technology the user can differentiate between energy used for heating and energy used for hot water. Research shows that this enables the user to change the behaviour and thereby save approximately 15 20% of the energy consumption. The goal is to save energy by smart IT and user involvement.
Expected long term effects
To develop new solutions on how to save energy, business concepts for Saber product and perform test on power regulation.
Approach and implementation
We will perform three test with user involvement to test Saber. An incremental approach will be used where the next increment includes corrections and user proposals.
