Purpose and goal

The primary goal of the project is to produce a prototype of an AI solution by: 1. Investigate and document what is legally required for an AI model to be used for de-identification and disclosure of public documents 2. Develop and develop the envisioned AI model, The purpose of the envisioned AI assistant is to free up time from programme manager in the public sector by reducing their administrative workload.
Expected effects and result
The purpose of the AI solution is to free up time from staff by reducing their workload in order to be able to use their time more value-creating. An administrative support such as the proposed solution will enable a more qualitative and efficient process in the case of extradition that does not burden an individual or their unit. Other advantages are that we anticipate that with the help of an AI assistant we will increase the authority´s accessibility and transparency and to a greater degree meet the urgency requirement that the freedom of press regulation places on the municipality.
Planned approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** During the fall of 2024, the project will focus on developing a first version of a working masking function for testing in sharp operation at project parties. In parallel, the work begins to investigate the actual working time spent by the respective need owner on the collection and masking of documents before handing over. The project will also, together with the subcontractor, develop a number of legal issues linked to the function for collecting documents that will result in a regulatory choice of which technical solution can be used.
