Important results from the project
Rental Sense´s goal is to create a more flexible and sustainable commercial rental market - without compromising with property owner´s incentive for long stable cash flows. A pilot project of the product "BAS" will be launched in Q1, 2021. Which is expected to contribute to increased security in the property owner´s cash flows, at the same time being a more cost efficient and flexible financing of security for the tenant.
Expected long term effects
The result is a (almost) finished product "BAS" which is expected to contribute to increased security in the property owner´s cash flows, at the same time being a more cost efficient and flexible way to finance security for the tenant.
Approach and implementation
During the project, we have developed an idea to a (99%) ready product. Furthermore, time and energy have spent on establishing strategic partnerships with stakeholders such as insurers, distributors and users of the product. There have been uncertain times due to the prevailing pandemic which have limited the risk appetite for credit insurance. Which have given us the privilege of spending plenty of time analysing the industry, structure of business models and product.
