Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to gain knowledge within healtheconomy and reimbursement systems for medical products. The competence was purchased in the form of an external consulting services and filled an important function for MediTuner´s in the company´s ambition to reach large patient groups quickly.
Expected long term effects
The project resulted in knowledge tranfer to MediTuner in of how different types of remuneration / subsidy models look (both in Sweden and internationally) within the medical product area, and which the most important factors are to take into account in health economic analysis.
Approach and implementation
The project was carried out in the form of knowledge transfer through a series of workshops and meetings with experts within the health economics space, with a special focus on medical technology products and subsidy models.
