Important results from the project
Through the project, UGLK´s internal competence has increased and the prerequisites are now in place to refine business strategies and to begin the work with the technical documentation for market approval in several markets.
Expected long term effects
The project has resulted in a regulatory plan and increased the competence of UGLK´s employees. This leaves the company better situated when the work with market approval and clinical studies begins.
Approach and implementation
The project has provided opportunities for professional sounding boards and skill development in an efficient way that would not have been possible without the support. The format of regular briefings and workshops has been appreciated and rewarding.
