Important results from the project
The goal of the project was to create a predictive application which would enable our customers to make predictive analysis of their customer´s behavior in real-time and them allowing them to tailor their communication towards these customers in real-time. We have during this project been able to create an application for this and have performed live test with several of our customers.
Expected long term effects
The direct result of the project is that we have been able to create and application for predictive analysis in real-time which has been implemented with several customers. Our expectations are that we are going to beable to generalize the application even further to allow us to sell this to a large proportion of our customers as well as that it will allow us to attain a wider market.
Approach and implementation
During the project we have been working with an iterative process where we have created several different versions of the application and other support systems. By continuously involving our customers through out the development process we believe that we have been able to produce an application that that fulfills as many of our customers request as possible.
