Important results from the project
The project aims at establishing cooperation between Kander & Ejermo at CIRCLE and Andersson & Johansson at CESIS, in order to strengthen the quantiative research in sweden concerning R&D; Innovations and growth, based on microdata set over the entire economy. The possibilities to connect the databases of the two centres will be explored in collaboration with VINNOVA and SCB. Exploratory cluster analyses will be done and a couple of papers that focus on specific research issues will be written and a monography.
Expected long term effects
We expect closer collaboration between CESIS/VINNOVA/CIRCLE, which will generate policy relevant conclusions about innovation performance in Swedish business.
Approach and implementation
We start by applying for permission to link together our two databases. Thereafter we will work with the project parts, and at the same time as we write articles for international journals we will write a common book (monography).
