Important results from the project
The aim of the project was to investigate the conditions and the model for quality assurance of digital work environment in companies and organizations and to verify through the pilot supply. Because only one pilot has recruited Palorial concluded that the current model and offering did not have commercial potential. Palorial have after the project end modified the model and the offering toward general purpose digital business development and the Work Environment Authority´s new regulations.
Expected long term effects
With the meager results achieved will the sales target of 1 million SEK in 2016 not to be reached. However, the goal of ten ordering customers regarding Palorials new offerings, business development and systematic work (SAM in Swedish), are possible. These deals are a big part of the initial splash from ´Kvalitetssäkring digital arbetsklimat´ but the concepts and the model is more conventional.
Approach and implementation
Project actual start-up phase after the holiday season to recruit a reference. In the second reference group meeting presented a stripped-market offering, analysis of the digital work environment. Since then, intensive marketing conducted there both existing Palorialkontakter processed and new. Processing has also been made via social media, exhibitions and events.
