Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to establish material to support the decision process around if an establishment in the US should be done. The purpose was fulfilled in a very good way.
Expected long term effects
The expected result was to establish material for decision support and this result was established with very good result.
Approach and implementation
At a first visit to the US, a workgroup was established that during the course of the project worked systematically with our management team regarding our business models, strengths and challenges and mapped that onto the US market. This methodology resulted in a very thorough report.
