Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to increase usability mainly in two perspectives, described by the two goals: - To develop functionality, in addition to handling Word documents, to also be able to handle PDF (difficult-to-read unstructured text format) - requested by customers - To develop CUSTOMER-DRIVEN reporting functions that meet specific needs in the private and public sectors, respectively Both goals have been met, verified in connection with the launch, not least from presentations in connection with the fair Mötesplats för offentliga affärer
Expected long term effects
The project has hired expertise that developed function for PDF incorporated in the launched version. In addition to buyers, a created great interest shown from sales to get an overview of requirements by scanning PDF files. Several discussions ongoing with large customers Had customer dialogues where color presentations highlighted as extra valuable. Spinoff: development of pre-step analysis, with the opportunity jump between suppliers in the software itself without a report.
Approach and implementation
Initially for PDF was with Swedish expertise. Progress was to slow in relation to cost. Programmer from Asia hired.
