Important results from the project
Using VINN-NU funding, we have prepared the company and senior management for commercialization. With new in-depth market knowledge, we have developed a business plan and detailed financial strategy. We have a new chairman who will actively participate in our future work from January 2014.
Expected long term effects
One of the objectives was to increase skills within the Board. In January 2014, we will have a new chairman, with our desire to raise the level of knowledge in business management and funding strategy is met. Work on a business plan has given us detailed knowledge of market trends, competitors and business models. We have handled some of the risks identified and created a well-founded commercialization strategy. Through a broader network of production, customer and finance, it is now easier for us to move from strategy to action.
Approach and implementation
Our approach to work in parallell with several tasks have been fruitful. Among other things, investor meetings have provided valuable information and knowledge about how to move forward with financing and the business planning.
