Important results from the project
The purpose was to reach managers with research financed by Vinnova. The magazine Chef produced the book ´Att leda mot det nya´ where ten research projects boiled down to one book. That was the foundation to the 32-page Guide in the subject. Upon that there was a seminar and a study among 2300 managers how they view innovation and leadership.
Expected long term effects
155000 managers have been reached by the Giude. 2300 managers participated in the study. 1500 have downloaded the Giude from the website. 70 managers participated in the seminar.
Approach and implementation
The material was huge. Step one was to condense it into a book. Step two was to condense that into a smaller guide. Step three was to make a study in present time around the subject. And step four to create a seminar.
