Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of the ProgressMe project is to develop a method for preventing and partially treating eating disorders based on the theory that poor self-esteem and poor self-confidence create the eating disorder. The project has developed a digital platform consisting of a mobile application, a forum for relatives and a back end system for healthcare that can follow a patient via this. The project has tested the system in healthcare and also directly against users and created long-term sustainability through external investments in the business.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The quantified results are as follows: - Number of downloads of the app - 8000 - Number of parents / relatives active in forums - 1200 - Number of interactions with caregivers - 48 - Number of posts on forums -> 1000 - Number of articles in press / digital - 20000- meetings with traditional healthcare -> 100 - Data analysis / statistics women in relation to men - 70 / 30 The project also expects long-term effects, where we already see results among the users with whom the project has had contact throughout the project period.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Our way of working is inspired by the ways smaller companies use to quickly evaluate products and services, taken for example from Lean Start Up (Erik Ries). During the project we have also worked ice sprints, ie developed over 2 week periods, tested and changed, developed again, etc. We have found that this approach has been very successful and intend to work in a similar way in the future to ensure future implementations in healthcare, and we have also had regular sessions with the target group to ensure that the content is good.
