Important results from the project
The purpose has been to take the prototype X27 to the finished product KRÄÄM [maker] ready for manufacturing. Purpose and goals have been achieved.
Expected long term effects
Through the production of Swedish lupin raw materials we have created access to the input raw material for the product. We have also tested the manufacturing method and conducted sample production at the factory and now have the knowledge to manufacture the product. We have also collaborated with the research institute RISE (formerly SP Food & Bioscience) and received analyzes from Eurofins and thereby developed the knowledge necessary to manufacture the product and provide relevant information to users and consumers.
Approach and implementation
Through co-operation with a raw material producer we have been able to produce our own input raw material from Swedish-grown lupin. We have, in cooperation with the RISE research institute, developed the knowledge needed to manufacture and sell the food product on the market.
