By bringing in external support, we have had the opportunity to learn how we can work with procurement as a tool for innovations going forward in our activities.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project contributed to a successful results, but we had misjudged the time required. By learning a new method, we needed more time to implement the desired setup. But with more time, the arrangement worked and for the next procurement we now have the knowledge of how to do it, which will give us a more efficient procedure. We should make sure to have more time when piloting new methods in the future.
