Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The goal was to develop and implement a strategy for managing PreVet´s intangible assets in aim to reduce the business risks in the company, strengthen competitiveness and increase growth. PreVet has received a review of stakeholders and need for agreements which is good from a business risk point of view. However, some strategic analyzes could have been more clearly specified to further strengthen competitiveness and increase growth.

An important results is training with all of PreVet´s employees to raise awareness of the company´s intangible risks. The effect of this is good opportunities to continue to ensure that PreVet´s brand is associated with high quality and knowledge level by increasing the protection and security of the intangible assets and ensuring customer integrity when using PreVet´s services.

Approach and implementation

Phase 2: Based on the analysis data, develop a strategy for management of intangible assets. Prioritize important activities to protect the business. Phase 3 Implementation of IP strategy - handing over and training of essential persons within PreVet. If necessary, the preparation of documentation to proceed in processes to execute priority activities
