Important results from the project
The goal was to improve and strengthen the PO based on a previously submitted application and submit a strong FPP in September. The result became a partly very strong application.
Expected long term effects
The project has not been called for an interview and therefore does not count on funding - but the consortium remains.
Approach and implementation
We formed a core group together with parts of the former consortium, a couple of people were responsible as internal reviewers, with different responsibilities. We gathered the consortium (as a whole and in selected parts) for regular telephone conferences, and conducted two face-to-face meetings. We made a total restructuring of the old application and reformulated the scientific orientation in a way that included all parts of the better integrated application. We improved the exploitation descriptions and the attachment to standardization bodies.
