Important results from the project
City of Västerås is one of nine partners in a consortium that is applying for grants from the FP7 in EU for the SILVER project to run a multinational precommercial procurement (PCP) of innovative solutions to enable for elderly to age at home. Before the FP7 application is granted by the EC and the SILVER project can be initiated there is work to be done by the consortium to describe a common challenge for the PCP which will request time for meetings, travel, e-mail, phone calls, reading etcetera which in Västerås will be handled by the Preparing Silver project.
