Important results from the project
The project aimed to test different ways to create the right conditions to scale up the business, as well as to evaluate Preactly as a possible tool for occupational health care, with the aim of being able to use the results to shape the strategic direction forward for the company.
Expected long term effects
The project did not fully come to the results we had hoped for, but gave several valuable insights into the market and the purchasing process that have resulted in a new, more digital strategy for the future business.
Approach and implementation
The project was to a significant part based on a agreed partnership, which could not complete the participation. This affected the schedule and required several iterations of the project. In the end, it provided greater learnings, but also created delays and a slightly different direction.
