Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to build on our earlier experience in robotic sprayplastering and to study how it can be applied in todays construction industry. Also how the market and technology have changed since the earlier project.
Expected long term effects
The resulting internal report shows that sprayplastering is still a promising target for automation within the construction industry. This is true both from an economical and technical point of view. We expect to continue our work in creating a functioning prototype system.
Approach and implementation
The project was done in close cooperation between the participating companies. It also involved external companies in plaster production, machinery, painting companies and vists to construction sites.
