Important results from the project
The project has created a deeper collaboration between Landstingen Värmland, Sörmland, Västernorrland, Stockholm and VGR. We have establiched a common organization for Experio Lab trough a management co-ordination group and a working group for implementation. Together we support the development of embedded environments, create learning between them, - participate in the national discussion on design and user involvement and the transformation of healthcare in a user-driven direction, - participate in research, and develop skills in policy development.
Expected long term effects
-Established co-ordination group with management functions and a working group for implementation. All partners participates with their own funded and dedicated resources. - Two continuation projects / processes have been developed and formulated as applications to Vinnova. A. The patient experience lab to more clearly develop collaboration as a player to challenge policy. B. Transform - with the purpose of developing collaboration and the respective labs ability to contribute to the capacity of their home organizations in terms of design as part of innovation management.
Approach and implementation
The project has been carried out in collaboration between the county councils in Värmland, Sörmland, Västernorrland, Stockholm and Västra Götaland with LiV as coordinator. Several meetings have been conducted for workshops. Other parties as SVID, SKL, Innovationsguiden, Linköping and Gothenburg University / HDK, Leading Healthcare have been invited to participate. Ongoing dialouge also with County Council in Kalmar and Region Skåne. Consultancy support for the process procured through Usify AB
