Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The goal was to become the leading platform for digital contract negotiation. Most companies would like to combine the negotiation platform with Pactumize Contract Builder, where standard agreements are configured, drafted and digitally signed by non-lawyers. Contract Builder is connected to Pactumize Contract Management, where agreements can be stored, filtered/searched and monitored. Pactumize has managed to develop a product that will be commercialized in 2020 and eventually become the leading platform for digital contract negotiation.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Currently, online demos are conducted with interested companies. We expect at least 20-50 companies in the Nordic region and in Germany to get started and test the platform in a pilot during 2020 and at least 20 signed subscription agreements. In addition, we will launch an M&A Room, which is a virtual negotiation room adapted for transactions linked to a Data Room where documents are stored and structured for due diligence. In 2021, Pactumize will issue and establish the platform within the EU. In 2022, we will establish ourselves in the US and Asia.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We have applied a strictly structured roadmap that is constantly subjected to critical scrutiny from a legal, commercial, financial, UX design, and technical perspective. This has meant that we have re-thought about 1,000 times. We have stress tested our ideas with experienced lawyers, negotiators, sellers and buyers to find the optimal balance, layout and functional platform. We will continue to develop the platform for many years to come, in agile partnerships and customers´ new ways of doing business.
