** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of Markanvisning.se is to develop a digital platform to gather the municipalities´ land instructions in one place and to simplify and streamline matching of municipalities land with the right building actor. The platform is in a start-up phase. There is great interest from the industry. In contact with construction companies, consultants and service personnel in municipalities, it is clear that the initiative is very much appreciated.

Expected long term effects

The core of the project is based on creating a common meeting place for municipalities and construction actors with aim to achieve: - More efficient processes for both municipalities and construction actors in the development of municipal land.< br />- Improved urban development effects for municipalities through increased competition among construction companies - Improved opportunities for industrial construction and lower construction costs

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Sharing Capabilities has coordinated, planned and projected the development process around the platform Markanvisning.se. The work has been done in collaboration with the City of Gothenburg, Trelleborg municipality and ByggVesta AB and has been divided into 4 steps: 1. Current state mapping: challenges and needs 2. Development of business model 3. Development and design of marketplace for land directions 4. Prototype development and testing All phases are completed, and the web platform is up and running even though it is in a pilot phase.
