Purpose and goal
The purpose of this project is to ensure that the Swedish legal industry becomes better equipped to meet the challenges brought forth by digitalisation, especially in terms of how to organise for new ways to create and capture value. The project addresses how its actors can organize for digitalization, and what competencies and innovation capabilities that have to be built.
Expected effects and result
The project will by its design contribute to the academic research on how to organize for digital transformation and to more practice oriented knowledge about how companies can handle the transformation made possible by digitalization.
Planned approach and implementation
The project consists of three work packages that will adress how to organise for new ways to create and capture value. The work packages will be performed together with three project partners.
