Important results from the project
The aim of the project is to prepare for new development in the social service. The objective with this new service is to give individuals with complex problems extra support. Our aim is fullfilled by having performed these preparations for going forward with testing this new role in pilot project.
Expected long term effects
The outcome of our planned results is: Activity 1:Report of statistics and analysis of the target group for the steering group. 2: Report of the extent of this target group in the city/the country has not been performed 3: Report of the needs and intrests of the stakeholders has been presented to the steering group. 4. Work description of the DPU role is effectuated 5. Plan/budget for a pilot project is presented 6. Dessimination activities are apart from the conference beeing performed. 7. Steering group meetings beeing held 8. Reference group meetings beeing held 9. End report is presented
Approach and implementation
The performance of the pre-study is essentially beeing done according to plan. It has been evident that it is too complex to analyse the target group of other units. It demands too much manual work of which no one has been able to offer us. However our study has given much interest and many of our collegues in other units are looking forward to seeing the result of the pilot study. Thereafter they are prepared and interested in implementing the new role if proven successful.
