Important results from the project
The goal of the ongoing evaluation was to verify the model called KINVO. This has been obtained - i.e. the model has been verified.
Expected long term effects
The evaluator believs that the results are achieved and recommendations related to the ongoing development initiative Innovation management in the public sector which takes place in cooperation between FoUiS and MDH (financed by Vinnova) and future projects, but then what? Management and organization of innovative change in public operations (application Vinnova Management and organization for improvement of innovation)
Approach and implementation
The analysis shows that the model contributes to the creation of an innovative climate at the working place. Moreover, the evaluation shows that the model contributes to the creation of new innovations.
