Important results from the project
The aims and objectives of the project was to use new technology to develop an online media agency primary targeting small and medium-sized businesses and offering services at a lower cost than what is available today. One Stop Media is a scalable, stable, accessible, safe and affordable system for planning and buying media, as well as following up on advertising investments. One Stop Media generates, based on search criteria, the best available options for media investments using statistics from third party sources such as Kantar Sifo / Orvesto, Tidningsstatistik, MMS and more.
Expected long term effects
The development of One Stop Media meets the requirements set for a scalable, flexible, stable, accessible, safe and affordable system. The system has received positive feedback among the different groups we have been in touch with. One Stop Media is an easy-to-use system that can be expanded as the number of media, products, customers and transactions increases. We believe that One Stop Media could be used to share business insights between media and business partners and also improve the level of technology used within the media industry.
Approach and implementation
The design and implementation of the project has been carried out with an agile system development process. This method has worked well and the project has followed the original plan and its milestones. The flexible work process made it possible to make adjustments throughout the project. The work packages identified in the beginning of the project have proven to include all the important aspects of the project. The One Stop Media system is also developed to meet future technology needs and standards.
