Important results from the project

The aim of this development is to provide the buildingconstruction industry the benefits system proven to provide, both nationally and internationally, with the ultimate goal of having a full-scale production started februari 2014. Goals from September 2012 to February 2013: Verified product Production ready to deliver click walls to limited projects starting in 2013 The goals have been met with some delay. Aim to provide great business advantage comes thanks to this most likely also be incorporated.

Expected long term effects

Expected impact of the industry is to build a wall substantially faster than today shorten the lead time of about five days to one day and that the system´s direct costs are lower than the current methods. Results: - Assembly time about 35-40% shorter - Direct costs about 5-10% lower - Lead time about 80% shorter

Approach and implementation

The system´s effects has been implemented through a parallel project analyzed by Linköping University. The system properties have been verified through laboratory and field measurements with Gyproc AB and fire behavior has been analyzed and assessed by SP. Machine Lines has been designed in conjunction with external machine builders and has been verified in full scale by building up the vital stages of production in full scale. The composition and selection of the various constituent materials has been carried out by the combined testing of different materials in the main machine
