Important results from the project
Our goal was to develop a system that is based entirely on the need for companies to make a change that increases the number of customer care activities. The aim was to develop a system that primarily aims to find sales / customer care time in employees´ daily work, but that it should generate some internal time. Our target audience was the first step companies in the same industry as our reference customer PwC. The purpose and goal was to produce a complete solution to provide customers and recruit a sales project and begin our expansion.
Expected long term effects
The result of the project has been that we have developed a system completely according to our expectations. With the help of funding from Vinnova, the process has accelerated and expansion could be done faster. The result has also resulted in the recruitment of a skilled project manager who has sold the system to a number of new clients and is well equipped for our future expansion. We have a ways to go to meet the goal of having sold into service to approximately 6% of the market in 2013 (50 companies) but we have had a very good start and we should be about. 40 customers at year end.
Approach and implementation
Implementation has followed the plan and we are very happy with the arrangement in force in technology. Efforts to launch the service has also followed the plan even if we do not fully achieved the number of customers we have set as a goal. The selling period is longer than we initially anticipated, but we should be able to make up for it in the fall when we have so many offers out there and we have received a very positive reception. With the reinforcement of personnel, the funding helped us to implement the sales rate increased and enabled a more aggressive expansion.
