Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of this part of the development was to be able to take the project to the next level with an external partner with the goal of having a ready-made packaging for further sales. The project has given us new knowledge and confirmed our ideas and theses and made it possible to take the project further. The design has been clearly developed according to the target group´s needs and pain points are ensured to be able to fit the circular process and system. The development of the system has also clarified potential partners.

Expected long term effects

The results of the different parts of the project have given us a solid presentation material that shows how the end product (sketches) meets the needs of the target group and solves its "problems" within the category. As a result, both the project´s purpose and goals have been met. It has become clear that product and system are strongly dependent on each other and must continue to develop in symbiosis.

Approach and implementation

Before, we had identified the steps to be implemented; 1. Research and insight work 2. Design of the customer journey 3. Product design 4. How do we design a digital system? 5. Validate the business model and design Initially, the identified activities were followed. In steps 2-4, however, it was clear that these were activities that have a clear collaboration and impact, and the working model for these instead became iterative loops where some validation within the project took place on an ongoing basis. We experience the positive born work and strongly contributed to the result.
