Important results from the project
The aim of the course was to scale Symcel´s commercial development and increase the management team´s maturity regarding continuous strategy work and use of efficient methods and processes for corporate governance. The entire management team participated in the course and the goal fulfillment has been very good regarding the development of our commercial work and maturity as a management team.
Expected long term effects
We have implemented a large number of new tools and working methods as a result of the course. This includes; the One Page Strategic Plan, ROCKS methodology, effective meeting rhythms, Rockefeller habits, strengthened process for recruitment and onboarding and different types of process methodology and mapping.
Approach and implementation
The course was run via Zoom video meetings together with course management and other participating companies. Approximately one lecture per month for a full / half day. Active participation continuously from the management team where each course opportunity was used to mature a certain method / process specifically for Symcel. Between courses, we conducted internal workshops to mature thoughts and ideas and implement selected parts of reviewed material.
