Important results from the project
The purpose with the project is through research continuously improve the nonprofit public partnership and the results from the partnership, and to produce and disseminate knowledge that can be used in similar settings. Through knowledge about the partnership, such as knowledge about concepts, success factors and barriers, better prerequisites for the management of partnerships in other welfare areas and at municipalities and public organizations can be achieved.
Expected long term effects
Four recommendations are provided to enhance the use of non-profit public partnerships. In sum, they highligth sucess factors and challenges of initiating, implementing and adapting a non-profit partnership. Moreover, the recommendations adress the need to further knowledge creation and dissemination about non-profit public partnerships.
Approach and implementation
The project has been performed by ongoing evaluation of non-profit public partnership of unaccompanied refugee children in Gothenburg.
