Important results from the project
This project had three milestones. A beta product has been developed and beta tests have been conducted on small scale internally and together with our customer. New areas of use have been identified for the product and an initial IP strategy has been conducted.
Expected long term effects
The beta development has resulted in a product that we have been able to test on small scale internally and together with our customer. The test results and customer feedback have helped us to ensure that we are building a product that goes in line with what our customers want and will enhance the future product development process. The project has also validated the need for our product in a new market and thereby we have ensured that we can help reach the UN sustainability goals. Finally the project also initiated the process of establishing a solid IP-strategy.
Approach and implementation
The execution of this project has proceeded according to plan, the external consultants have delivered a qualitative result and we will continue working with them. Through this project we have also been able to identify what type of competence we need to complement to the team.
