Important results from the project
The project´s aim was to create a business model and a business plan that will serve as a guide for the continued commercialization of Nagoon. A business plan was developed together with a business model and, both of which which we continue to refine and adapt to an continuously changing situation.
Expected long term effects
The project have provided us with a more efficient go to market plan and has clearer goals for everyone at the company. It has also equipped us with the tools to convey what we can offer our customers which simplifies sales and gives us a common direction as a team..
Approach and implementation
Overall, the project was carried out according to plan. The resulting project application for the SME-instrument stage two, has been postponed, however, due to certain changes in the SME instrument application process. This had the effect of adding a delay to the project report.
