Call Investigate the conditions for cooperation with Israel in AI or Cyber Security

Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project aimed to investigate the conditions for future collaborations that enable innovation in the field of image processing, control and AI and that create the next generation of headsets. An Israeli partner in SoC hardware for computer vision and AI was identified. The technical and commercial prerequisites for further integration of ManoMotion´s software for camera-based hand interaction exist. A follow-up project is planned.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Further cooperation may lead to joint business opportunities in hand interaction for headsets where power efficiency, performance and low system costs are desirable. Furthermore, business opportunities in robotics (co-bots), industrial control and industrial safety have been identified. The collaboration also has positive effects from a gender and justice perspective, as collaboration across national borders, geographic location, gender or ethnicity is made possible through AR/VR solutions.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project was carried out as a feasibility study for a possible collaboration between ManoMotion and an Israeli company in hardware solutions (SoC) for computer vision and AI. Technical and business aspects were analyzed. Further cooperation is possible from both a technical and business perspective. A follow-up project is planned for the development of a joint prototype for marketing purposes. This project can be financed by a common, driving customer or through external project financing.
