Important results from the project
The main objective of the project was to develop a new control system solution that, with great focus on user friendliness, would take both the company and the final user to another technical level.
Expected long term effects
The project has delivered a conceptual solution that will form the basis of the new control system that is expected to be launched in 2018. With the new control system, there are hopes to increase the company´s position in the market, thereby helping more customers and partners to choose this solution.
Approach and implementation
The implementation of the project has affected almost all departments within the company. Through both internal and external cooperation, each objective of the project has been met. The project has implemented a clear division of responsibilities and responsibilities with the support of the company´s senior management and owner, who also served as a steering group.
