Important results from the project
Our proposed research project will investigate how the use of knowledge management and new structural solutions affect professional competence in health care.
Expected long term effects
As these new forms of management are directly aimed at medical practice, it seems important to highlight how these changes affect the conditions for developing professional competence and clinical research and development.
Approach and implementation
The study has a critical approach and will explore a wide range of possible consequences. The changes will be analyzed by means of structural organizational theory combined with discourse analysis and critical theory.
