Important results from the project

The project aimed to enhance the commercial viability of our digital solution by creating a prototype of the Net Zero Build platform. The prototype has been created and showcased to potential customers, which has resulted in constructive feedback and engaging conversations. This has allowed us to verify the needs of our customers and identify areas that require improvement while minimizing the risks associated with the business model by acting on the feedback received.

Expected long term effects

We successfully defined the prototype´s user experience and technical requirements through user testing and demo presentations. Additionally, we have effectively generated interest among potential customers, resulting in several signed letters of intent. This successful outcome has ensured that we have created a user-centered and efficient product that can serve as the basis for the continued development of our MVP.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out with external experts in UX/UI design, software development, and environmental certifications. The execution of the project proceeded according to plan and objectives. External experts ensured that the prototype was developed to the highest standard, while the involvement of relevant users ensured that feedback was continuously integrated throughout the design process. This approach enabled an efficient and successful implementation of the project.
