Important results from the project

The purpouse of the Phase1 project was to develop the NPI-consortia, establish a technical concept description, set criterias for gender equality and work processes, establish a list with potential international actors and prepare the NPI main demonstrator in collaboration with actors within the value chain. The main purpose of the project is to through NPI create a scalable digital tool that builds knowledge and understanding, creates inclusion and eliminates integration obstacles in a systematic way.

Expected long term effects

The goal of the phase1 project has been partly achieved. The consortium has been developed with technology developers, a partner within intellectual property law and with municipal actors within care and with integration challenges. The technical concept description has been revised during the initiation project, NPI has abandoned the idea of a platform solution with mobile applications in favor of a web-based solution. A consortial agreement draft according to DESCA-model is established together with guidelines and working methods for gender equality work in phase2

Approach and implementation

The project has been run according to classical waterfall methodology with project planning and follow-up with support of GANNT in combination with agile techniques. The initiation project has been run in four work packages, WP1 Project Management, WP2 Technology / Business Analysis and Demonstrator Preparation, WP3 Consortium Development and WP4-Analysis of Users/Stakeholders. Project meetings , meetings via digital channels, a long series of meetings with potential consortium participants for Phase 2, case studies and internationalization process meetings have been held.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
