Important results from the project
This project has been about offering and carry out the training package ´from project decision to final report´ for project managers for, FFI-projects started during 2016. The training package has been offered to a total of 66 project managers at two different occasions. 14 project managers has accepted and participated in the training and in addition three participants from the FFI program management team.
Expected long term effects
The real effects can only be judged on a longer horizon than this project period. Immediate training evaluations have however been requested and collected. The participants gave quite high scores in the evaluations. All in all ´educational environment´ got the highest score, 4,5 out of 5 and ´quality of presentation material´ got the lowest, 3,5 out of 5. There is a potential in developing and improving the training material.
Approach and implementation
The concept with a ´stand alone´ full training day for the package ´from project decision to final report´ proved to work well. The ambition to carry out a training day in combination with the cluster conference in Katrineholm in May was however not possible to fulfill since the conference neither could be prolonged, nor could the training be allowed to ´compete´ with presentations of research results which are the main purpose of the conference in the first place.
