Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The goal is to build a structured, scalable, network-based digital sourcing model for recruiting startups to MobilityXlab. The project has achieved the short-term goals of the project regarding the development of a new model, test, and implementation. As a result of the new sourcing process, the number of applicant startups increased by 89% compared with the previous application period.

Expected long term effects

The results from the project include a new recruitment model, increased presence in international startup networks, increased number of applicant companies, and an improved analysis process of applications. This will also in the long run have an effect on the attractiveness of MobilityXlab´s offer and increase the chances of more successful collaborations between our industrial partners and international startups.

Approach and implementation

The project has been led by Lindholmen Science Park AB but also included a collaboration with Business Sweden where the developed model has been tested. During the project, there has also been an exchange of knowledge with another similar organization with a similar project to be able to benefit from shared experiences. By testing and evaluating during the project, we have been able to quickly implement the process in our daily activities, and that the exchange of knowledge has given us the opportunity to be able to pressure test ideas at an early stage.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
