Important results from the project

The purpose of the project is to prepare the market and to establish relations with relevant actors to ensure a smoth introduction of sales to public actors. The objective is to perform an extensive target group survey that confirms that we have a adaptive and attractive concept and to establish a IPR and licencing strategy

Expected long term effects

The latest robotic lawn mowers have much higher capacity than previous generations and by integrating them in systems they can replace the old fossil fuelled riding mowers. RLCS is a system coordinating several robotic mowers and are able to cut large public lawns. The system is 30% faster, 42% less noisy, 65% more staff efficient and 96% cleaner than current alternatives.

Approach and implementation

It is difficult to work with the municipalities unless you cooperate with private actors that normally are used to working with their rocurements processes. The purpose of the project to build relations with private actors to demonstrate our product and verify the concept. In order to reach the next level, we need to prioritize contact and analysis of new channels and adapt our offer according to their needs. Before enter into collaboration with these actors, we need to strengthen our IPR, the business model as well as our brand.
