Important results from the project
The project began with the development and testing of the service together with an external partner. When the service reached early MVP stage, strengths and weaknesses were identified and tested through live testing and seeking out user feedback. The business was verified both by signing an agreement with the supplier / partner, and by users of the service and those choosing to sign new card acquiring agreements. Meanwhile, several marketing channels have been tested to reach the users. It has given us insights into how we can reach our customers in the most efficient way in the future.
Expected long term effects
The companies that have used our service, and changed card acquiring agreements, have had lower costs and thus increased financial sustainability and in the long term better conditions for growth by enabling investment in innovation or new employment to strengthen competitiveness.
Approach and implementation
The project plan was followed but took longer than expected. It was mainly the development of the service to an MVP stage that took longer than expected, which is why the project period was extended. In other respects, the steps in the original project plan were followed: 1.Develop and test the service 2. Identify and test strengths and weaknesses. 3. Verification and development of the business. 4. Testing of marketing channels
