Important results from the project

In order to fulfill the requirements of the EIC Accelerator call for proposals, we developed and formulated an overall strong scope for the project and strong work packages. In this preparation project we worked with consultants from Nordic Innovators and created seven work packages that meet the criteria for the EIC Accelerator requirements. We also finalized the project budget according to the EU grant rules, wrote and submitted the EIC application.

Expected long term effects

Investors believe that Millow AB needs to scale up production from the current 7 kg/day to at least 480 kg/day, as well as demonstrate the technical potential on a large scale, before any financing round is considered. Expected Effects: EIC Accelerator will help Millow develop our technology (at TRL6) is in the industrialization phase to scale up production and grow as a company (with EIC equity), after the process has matured (with EIC funding).

Approach and implementation

WP 1 title: Develop the project scope and work package. Through online meetings we developed and decided on the project scope. WP 2 title: Develop and finalize the budget. We developed, calculated and finalized the budget for each WP and for the overall project. WP 3 title: Write and submit proposal. From the work done in WP 1 and WP 2, Nordic Innovators prepared a full proposal for EIC Accelerator stage 2, which was reviewed and iterated by Millow until it was ready for submission.
