A value proposition was tested on selected entrepreneurs and need identifiers. It was established that there is an interest to attend a Meeting Project, and that an application will be submitted as a next step. It was decided to focus on innovation related to digital tools for learning and teaching in the age group 12-18.
Expected long term effects
A list of 100 company leads was developed. The target was limited to companies within the IT/digital sector. A list of relevant need identifiers was created, based on private and professional networks, search on social media and other forums. A value proposition for entrepreneurs and need identifiers was developed. A preliminary date and a model for the Meeting Project´s agenda and processes was established. Agreements were developed with legal guidance. Contact was intiated with the leads through email, phone and meetings A list of prospective meeting participants was created.
Approach and implementation
- Exploring prospective company leads gave us continuous insights and inspiration on how to go about the test market and its actors. - It proved challenging to explain the purpose, objectives, and design of the Meeting Project in a simple way towards the entrepreneurs. The presentation was tested on selected people and further developed based on the input. - There is a great interest to participate among the need identifiers. - The team members joint pre-understanding of the two participants groups proved to be key in the preparations and design of the meeting setup and processes.
